If you are a seasonal visitor to Kauai, we would love to work with your child with modified booking policies. Please contact us directly.

 

Rates: 

$60/hour returning students 

$75/hour new students 

$100/hour non-residents for individual students

1-2 students is $75/hour | 3 students is $90/hour

 

Sessions must be canceled 36 hours in advance or you will be invoiced for the session.

 

Cancel a session by emailing (kauaiacademics@gmail.com) or sending Tanya a text message (808-651-9259).

 

You may pay by personal check, cash, or Venmo (@tcw1003). You may pay per session or receive an invoice at the end of the month.

You may book for a fraction of an hour but a full rate will be applied.

We accept students per semester for weekly or twice weekly sessions. A student may miss one session (cancelled more than 24 hours in advance) without penalty. Missed sessions due to bridge closure or tutor cancellation will be waived. All Hawaii DOE school holidays will be observed. At the end of the semester, you will have the option of renewing your child’s session for the following term.

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact your tutor directly as soon as possible to see if it’s a possibility. Rescheduled appointments will not incur a cost penalty.

 

If you would like to work during school holidays, please contact your tutor directly. Different rates may apply.

 

Please have your child on time to the session; we are unable to make up missed time.
